The final crit, led by Amber and Jo was pleasing in terms of feedback,
•It was identified that the booklet I produced was probably too informed, and that the infographics should be able to stand alone and speak for themselves
•Also, the visual consistency could do with tightening up, refining the posters, movies and leaflet as so they can be immediately identified as working together.
•Another issue raised was the layout and alignment throughout the leaflet, could again do with some tweaking.
•Other than that, it was a case of me being at point where I can have a bit of fun with this project and continue developing ideas.
After considering the comments made in the crit, it might not be a bad idea to completely remove the supporting booklet, or at least strip the majority of information from it. Whilst on the back of that add only relative information to the posters so they can stand alone and still work.
Instead of the list of pens documented in the back of the current leaflet, I might play around with cutting the exact shape of each pen from thin card, and bring these together in another booklet, supported purely by a number tallying up with the posters. - Maybe just using the lid shapes?
