• A solid young production body of 4 designers, each with their own strenghts and all practicing them alongside client based work. One of the members still at UNI with his finger on whats current from a student based perspective alongside one from industry.
• After researching several other Oklahoma based design studios, none offer such a strong focus on the music industry, leaving Nominee the bigger cats when chasing clients that need appropriate resolutions. On top of this their clientle list is rather deep with some well-known names.
• They not only practice in the music industry, open for other projects. A good work ethic to have, especially with a good team to work with.

• From a personal point of view, I feel all the work exhibited on the website isn't extremely considered. Although it often communicates the genre/style of the musician fairly well, all the design seems very similar with Type overlaying a photoshopped image. In order to take a more dominant stance as a studio, they need to break the boundaries and produce some really cutting design.
• From the look of the client list, and other projects/jobs the team have running alongside each other, I don't get the feeling they offer a greatly personal relationship to clients.

• Their main opportunitiy lies in the fact that there are little to none studios around themselves (in my knowledge) that offer such a heavy focus on the music industry. More risks taken visually could see them take an even bigger workload if the put the work in.
• Their media range is a key opportunity to penetrating more styles of design and branching out to new clients, even if they weren't looking for them.
